We offer free returns + exchanges and here to help you find the right fit. 

If you're not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. We do ask that all returned items are in original condition, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging. If the item(s) do not meet these conditions, they will be returned to the customer and a refund will not be issued.

For exchanges, we will gladly exchange your item for a different size or color in the same style based on product availability. If you would like to exchange your item for a different style, return your item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred style.

How long will my return or exchange take?

Exchanges are processed right away, as long as we have your desired size and color in stock. Returns may take 2-3 weeks to process.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email help@zepyure.com with your order number, photo of damaged item, and a short description of the issue and our team will work to solve.
