What are your delivery times?

Our Delivery times are Monday-Friday. Our team is hard at work to ensure your order arrives on time. We do our best to process purchases placed during normal business hours within 1-3 business days. Please note we DO NOT process orders over the weekend and holidays. Orders placed by 12pm are treated as if they came in the next business day.

How much will shipping cost?

We got you covered. Shipping is on us. Enjoy complimentary shipping on all U.S. orders.

Do you provide worldwide shipping?

At the moment we do not offer worldwide shipping. However, occasionally with enough notice, we will work to accommodate approved shipping requests outside of the US.

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. As a result, once orders have been processed, we cannot modify your order. How do I return my product?

All shipping boxes come with a prepaid shipping label. Please see the return policy.

How do I care for my product?

When not in use, store sneakers in the provided dustbag to help keep the leather rejuvenated. Our leathers are meant to age naturally over time, creating an authentic and timeless look.

Do you offer extended warranties?

At the moment there are no extended warranties.
