When will my order ship?

Most orders ship in 1-3 business days.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

We do ask that you use an alternate address at checkout, such as an office address, as we do not ship to PO boxes at the moment.

Where do I track my order?

What if my package gets lost?

If your package doesn't arrive, please send us a note at help@zepyure.com. If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages if there is proof of delivery.
